Every charge against your Wave account — monthly subscription, annual renewal, plan-change proration — shows up in your billing history. Admins only.

## Where to find it

**Profile Settings → Billings**. The invoice list is at the bottom.

## What each entry shows

- The **date** of the charge
- The **plan and billing period** the charge covers
- The **amount** and payment method
- A **downloadable PDF receipt** for your records

Receipts are Stripe-generated, which means they're suitable for bookkeeping — itemized line, customer info, our tax ID — without extra formatting from you.

## Updating your payment method

You can update the card on file from the Billings tab. The new card is used for the next charge — past charges aren't re-billed.

## Refunds and disputes

For refund requests or anything you don't recognize on your billing history, email [hello@buildwithwave.com](mailto:hello@buildwithwave.com). Don't dispute through your card issuer first — it's faster and cleaner to handle through us, and we can usually resolve the issue same-day.

## Multi-location billing

If your team is on the **Ultra** plan, your billing history shows per-location line items. **Enterprise** customers receive consolidated billing handled by their account contact — separate from the in-app history.
