An estimate doesn't have to leave Wave as a PDF to be seen. **Share estimate** (from the estimate workspace or the row's menu on the estimates list) gives you a link — and the first choice is who it's for.

## Two audiences, two links

- **Adjusters & collaborators** — a working view. People with this link can read the estimate and [comment on individual line items](/docs/collaboration/comments), so scope questions happen on the line they're about instead of in an email thread.
- **Customer** — a clean, read-only page with your company branding and accent color. Optionally include the drying log. The customer can download a PDF from the page themselves.

Each audience gets its own link, so revoking one never touches the other.

## What a share never includes

- Files marked **internal** on the [Files tab](/docs/estimates/files-tab)
- Your team's [internal notes](/docs/collaboration/internal-notes)
- [Guideline findings](/docs/estimates/review-guideline-findings)

The working conversations stay yours; the share shows the work.

## Managing links

Links stay visible in the Share dialog, and you can copy or revoke them anytime. Revoking generates a fresh link the next time you share to that audience — the old one stops working immediately.
