Company info

Set your company name, phone, address, and logo from the Company tab in Settings. The logo appears on every exported PDF.

The Company tab in Settings is the shared layer behind every estimate your team produces. Set your company details once and every exported PDF picks them up, so nobody re-types them job to job.

What you can set

  • Company name
  • Phone
  • Address
  • Logo: upload your company logo; it appears on exported PDFs

How to update

  1. Open the account menu and choose Settings.
  2. Select the Company tab.
  3. Edit any field, or upload a new logo.
  4. Watch for the "Saved" indicator to pulse after each change.

Where it shows up

Your company info and logo appear on the estimate PDF you send to customers and adjusters. When you export, you can choose whether to include the logo on that document; the logo itself always comes from this tab. See Customize your reports.

Changes apply to future exports. PDFs you have already downloaded are static files and do not update.

When to update

  • Rebrand or new logo: upload once and every future PDF inherits it.
  • New office or phone number: update the field and you are done.
