Integrations
What Wave connects to: Xactimate in both directions (.ESX export and import), QuickBooks Online draft invoicing, and Slack notifications. Which plans include each, and who sets it up.
Wave works with Xactimate in both directions, sends finished estimates to QuickBooks Online as draft invoices, and posts job activity to Slack. Every plan exports a branded PDF.

Xactimate
Wave exports estimates to Xactimate as .ESX files, and imports .ESX files back into Wave. When a carrier or TPA wants the estimate in Xactimate, nobody retypes it.
Exporting. Open the job, click Export, and choose Xactimate export (.ESX). Before the file downloads, Wave checks the estimate and tells you about anything that won't travel, so there are no surprises in Xactimate. Your account manager sets up Xactimate export once for your company, and after that anyone on the team can export. It comes with Basic and above, and isn't part of the free trial. Importing. Drop an .ESX into the estimate's chat and choose what Wave does with it: rebuild the estimate from it, talk through what it holds, or load just its rooms and sizes. A rebuild brings over the rooms, their sizes and every line item at the file's own quantities and prices. Totals can differ from the file's, because Wave doesn't recreate charges the file adds at the estimate level, such as sales tax or overhead and profit. See Bring an Xactimate export into Wave.
QuickBooks Online
Send a finished estimate to QuickBooks Online as a draft invoice. Wave never sends the invoice to your customer; you review it and send it from QuickBooks.
An admin connects QuickBooks once in Settings → Integrations. After that, anyone on the team can send an estimate. You choose which QuickBooks Product/Service your lines book to, and whether the invoice shows every line item or one line per room. Included on Basic and above, and in the free trial. Slack
Wave posts to one Slack channel when a job is created, an estimate starts, or someone adds a note, each with an Open in Wave button. You pick the channel on Slack's own screen, so Wave never sees your list of channels. An admin connects it once, on any paid plan. It isn't part of the free trial. See Slack notifications.
PDF export
Every plan exports a branded PDF: the estimate on its own, the estimate with the drying log, or the full report with photos. See Export reports.
Not integrations today
Wave doesn't integrate natively with CompanyCam or Matterport. Plenty of teams use them alongside Wave: capture photos or a 3D scan in those tools, then attach the photos or describe the rooms to Wave in the estimate's chat.
