Wave in Your Workflow
Keep the team and the estimate in step each day
Start the day on Timeline, update the job from the site, and keep the estimate and any drying log current with a few sentences.
Last updated
Keep the whole job moving with a few sentences a day. Your team sees where to be, whoever is on site records what happened, and the estimate and any drying log follow along, so everyone reads from the same picture.
How it works with Wave
- Start on Timeline. Open Timeline to see who is going where today. Book or move a visit by telling Wave, for example "Send Maria to the Park job Tuesday at 9". See Schedule your team with Timeline and Book a visit.
- Log the day from the site. In the job's chat, tell Wave what you did and saw, and it saves a Job note for the team. See Job notes.
- Record readings when the job has a drying log. Say the readings in the job chat or tap a cell on the Drying tab. See Record drying readings.
- Update the equipment. Tell Wave what changed, such as "moved one air mover from the kitchen to the hallway on day 4" or "keep the dehumidifier in the master bath two more days". The estimate and log stay in step. See Drying equipment and drying days.
- Move the job on the board. Drag the card to the next status on The Jobs board. See Track every job with job statuses.
- Check the story. Estimate history shows each change with the total before and after.
Tip
On a phone, tap the mic in the job's chat and talk, then send when you are ready. On the Estimates tab you can also hold the mic to talk and let go, and Wave sends your words after a quick read-back.
