Create your account

Sign up for Wave at app.buildwithwave.com. Self-serve, no credit card required for the Free plan, no demo gate.

Wave is self-serve. You don't need to schedule a demo or talk to anyone to start estimating — sign up and you're in the app.

Before you start

  • A work email address
  • Your company name (you can refine company-level details in Company Info after signup)

Sign up

  1. Go to app.buildwithwave.com.
  2. Choose Create account and enter your name, email, and password.
  3. Verify your email when the verification link arrives.
  4. You land in the app on the Free plan.

The Free plan gives you 3 estimates total and 5 chat-driven edits per estimate, with no PDF export. It's intended as a way to verify Wave is right for your team before you pay. The full plan matrix is on Plans and limits.

What to do next

  • Set up your company. Open Company Info and add your logo, address, and contact info — these flow into every estimate PDF.
  • Add the rest of your team. Every paid plan includes unlimited users, so there's no reason to gatekeep accounts. See Invite a teammate.
  • Make your first estimate. Walk through a real loss end to end in Make your first estimate.
