Refer & earn

Share your referral link. When a company you referred first moves to a paid plan, your company earns a one-time $200 credit on its next Wave invoice.

Know a team that could use Wave? Share your link, and when they move to a paid plan your company earns a one-time $200 credit on its next Wave invoice.

How it works

  1. Open the account menu and choose Refer & earn.
  2. Under Your referral link, select Copy link and paste it anywhere, or select Open email to start a draft in your email app. Edit the draft before you send it.
  3. When someone signs up through your link, they start on the same free trial every new company gets.
  4. When they first move to a paid plan, Wave applies $200 to your company's next Wave invoice. Your company needs an active Wave subscription to receive the credit.

Track your referrals

The Your referrals section on the Refer & earn page shows where each company you referred stands:

  • Signed up: joined through your link
  • On trial: testing Wave
  • Converted: moved to a paid plan and your credit is applied

Program details

  • The credit goes to the company that shared the link.
  • It is granted once per referred company, the first time that company moves to a paid plan.
  • It applies to your next Wave invoice automatically, so there is nothing to redeem.
  • Anyone on your team can open Refer & earn from the account menu.
  • Referral credits are subject to Wave's terms.
