Work across multiple companies

One account, every company you work for. Pick where you're working after you sign in, and switch anytime from the account menu, with no second login.

Some people work under more than one roof: a franchise operator with two businesses, an estimator who covers two branches, an independent adjuster who works with more than one firm, a consultant on several teams. Wave handles that with one account.

How it works

If you belong to more than one company, Wave shows a Choose a company picker after you sign in. Pick where you're working and select Continue. Wave opens that company's workspace at Home, with its Jobs, Timeline and Chat.

Everything you see and do belongs to the company you picked: its jobs, estimates, schedule, settings and billing. Each company's data stays in its own workspace.

Switch companies

1. Open the account menu and choose Switch company.
2. Pick the company in the Choose a company list and select Continue.

Wave reloads into the other company, starting at Home. No second login, no second password.

Switch company appears in the account menu when you belong to more than one company.

Joining another company

You join a company the same way any teammate does: an Admin there invites you by email. Accept the invitation with your existing account and the company appears in your picker.

Your role is per company. You can be an Admin in one and a Member in another. See User roles.
