Work across multiple companies
Belong to more than one company? Pick which one you're working in at sign-in, and switch anytime from the account menu.
Some people work under more than one roof — a franchise operator with two entities, an estimator who covers two branches, a consultant on several teams. Wave handles that with one account.
How it works
If you belong to more than one company, signing in shows a company picker — choose where you're working and you land in that company's estimates. Everything you see and do (estimates, settings, billing) belongs to the company you picked.
To move between them, open the account menu and choose Switch company. No second login, no second password.
Joining another company
You join a company the same way any teammate does: an admin there invites you by email. Accept the invite with your existing account and the company appears in your picker.
Your role is per-company — you can be an Admin in one and a Member in another. See User roles.
