Settings overview
Profile Settings has four tabs: Personal Info, Company Info, Teams, and Billings. Here's what each one is for and where to go next.
Profile Settings is the home for everything that's not an estimate — your account, your company, your team, your plan. Open it from the profile menu (top-right of the app).
The four tabs
Personal Info
Your account-level settings. Name, email, password. Anything tied to you as a user, not to your company or your team. See Personal Info.
Company Info
Company-level settings that flow into every estimate. Logo, address, phone, email, license numbers, default branch. This is what appears on the cover page of every exported PDF. Only Admins can edit Company Info. See Company Info.
Teams
Manage who's on your Wave team. Invite new teammates, change roles, remove people who've left. Every paid plan includes unlimited users, so don't gatekeep — invite the whole team. Admin-only. See Invite a teammate and User roles.
Billings
Plan and payment. View your current plan, change plans, update the card on file, and see invoice history. Stripe-backed, so anything Stripe handles (card updates, retries, receipts) works the way you'd expect. Admin-only. See Plans and limits and Billing history.
Who sees what
- Members — see Personal Info only. The other three tabs require Admin.
- Admins — see all four tabs.
If you're a Member and you need a change in Company Info or Teams or Billings, ask an Admin on your team.
