Personal Info
Your account-level settings — name, email, password, and Email Notifications. Per-user, not per-company. Every teammate has their own.

Profile Settings → Personal Info is where you manage the account-level details tied to you as a user. Each teammate has their own — Personal Info is per-user, not per-company.
What's editable
- Name — shown as the author on estimates you create and in the team list
- Email — used for login and notifications. Changing it requires confirming a verification link sent to the new address.
- Password — changing the password ends any other active sessions you have
Role
Your role (Admin or Member) is shown on the Personal Info screen but is set by an Admin in the Teams tab. You can't change your own role. See User roles.
Email Notifications
Personal Info also includes an Email Notifications section — visible as soon as you open Settings, on the same screen as your name and email. Two toggles:
- Newsletter Subscription — "Receive updates about new features and industry insights." Marketing-side updates; safe to leave on or off based on preference.
- Estimate Activity — "Get notified when estimates are created, updated, or exported." Recommended on for active users — you'll get email pings when teammates touch estimates you care about. Turn off if you're getting too much noise.
Both toggles are per-user, not per-company. Your settings don't affect what anyone else on the team gets.
What's NOT in Personal Info
- Company logo, address, license info, Customer Policies — those are Company Info, shared across the team
- Team invites, role assignments — managed in the Teams tab
- Plan, billing, payment method, invoices — managed in the Billings tab
