Wave in Your Workflow
Turn a site walk into an estimate
Walk the property, talk and take photos, and let Wave turn what you said into a scoped, priced estimate you can review before you leave.

Do the thinking out loud while you walk. Wave listens to your site walk, looks at your photos and builds the estimate from what you said, so the details are captured while you are standing in them.
How it works with Wave
- Start the job in the box. On Home or in the job's chat, tap the mic. See Use voice input.
- Talk one room at a time. Record a room, finish the take, move to the next room and record again. Each take is added to the same draft.
- Add photos as you go. Send photos in chat and ask what Wave sees, such as "Is this enough equipment for this room?" See Ask Wave about photos.
- Add the sketch. Photograph a hand-drawn sketch or floor plan, and Wave reads the labeled sizes and asks you to confirm them.
- Send and answer. Review the transcript, send it, and answer Wave's short follow-up questions. See Answer Wave's questions.
- Review the estimate. Open the Estimates tab, and edit by chat or by hand. See The Estimates tab.
Tip
Say restoration terms the way you would to a coworker, such as Cat 2, dehu or HEPA. Review the transcript before you send it, which takes a moment and keeps the estimate accurate.
