Invite a teammate
Invite teammates by email from the Team tab in Settings. See everyone's role at a glance and resend an invitation if it goes missing. Admin only.
Your whole team can work in the same Wave workspace: estimators, project managers, office staff. Invites go out by email from the Team tab in Settings.
How to invite
- Open the account menu and choose Settings.
- Select the Team tab.
- Enter your teammate's work email and send the invite.
Wave emails them a link. Once they accept, they show up in the members list with their role next to their name.
Resend an invitation
Invitation emails get buried. If a teammate has not accepted yet, open the Team tab, find their pending invitation, and resend it. They get a fresh email with a fresh link.
Admin only
The Team tab is Admin only. Members do not see it. If you need someone added, ask an Admin on your team.
The members list
The Team tab shows everyone on your team and their role: Admin or Member. Admins can do everything; Members see everything except the Pricing, Team, and Billing tabs in Settings. For the full breakdown, see User roles.
