Plans and limits
What each Wave plan unlocks: monthly estimate volume, PDF export, industry codes, follow-up chat, and drying logs (beta). Prices live on the pricing page.
This page covers what each tier unlocks. For current prices, see the pricing page.
The tiers
- Free trial: no credit card required. Build real estimates and see how Wave fits your workflow.
- Starter: 10 estimates per month. For individual contractors and small teams getting started.
- Basic: 20 estimates per month, plus cross-platform estimate exports, precision drying logs (beta), and industry-standard defensibility. For active teams with steady weekly volume.
- Pro: 60 estimates per month. For established firms where estimating is daily work.
- Enterprise: custom. Contact us.
The free trial
The free trial includes 3 estimates so you can try the full scoping flow. On the trial:
- No PDF export. You can build and review estimates on the canvas, but exporting is a paid feature.
- No industry codes. Codes in the description column are a paid feature.
- 5 follow-up chat messages per completed estimate. After an estimate is completed, you can send up to 5 more chat messages on it to make changes.
Manual edits on the estimate canvas are not limited: click any cell and adjust as much as you need.
When you reach a limit, an upgrade prompt appears right where the feature is gated. See Change your plan.
What every paid plan includes
- PDF export with your company branding
- Industry codes visible on line items
- Unlimited follow-up chat on completed estimates
- Regional pricing based on the loss address
The main axis between Starter, Basic, and Pro is monthly estimate volume: 10, 20, or 60 estimates per month.
Drying logs (beta)
Beta: Drying logs are in beta and available on select plans. Details may change as we improve the feature.
Drying logs are available on Basic, Pro, and Enterprise. See About drying logs.
Enterprise
Enterprise plans are custom-built for larger operators. Contact us through the pricing page.
