Billing history

View past invoices, download receipts, and update your payment method from Profile Settings → Billings. Stripe-backed, so receipts are itemized and downloadable.

Last updated

Every charge against your Wave account — monthly subscription, annual renewal, plan-change proration — shows up in your billing history. Admins only.

Where to find it

Profile Settings → Billings. The invoice list is at the bottom.

What each entry shows

  • The date of the charge
  • The plan and billing period the charge covers
  • The amount and payment method
  • A downloadable PDF receipt for your records

Receipts are Stripe-generated, which means they're suitable for bookkeeping — itemized line, customer info, our tax ID — without extra formatting from you.

Updating your payment method

You can update the card on file from the Billings tab. The new card is used for the next charge — past charges aren't re-billed.

Refunds and disputes

For refund requests or anything you don't recognize on your billing history, email hello@buildwithwave.com. Don't dispute through your card issuer first — it's faster and cleaner to handle through us, and we can usually resolve the issue same-day.

Multi-location billing

If your team is on the Ultra plan, your billing history shows per-location line items. Enterprise customers receive consolidated billing handled by their account contact — separate from the in-app history.
