Billing history

Find your plan name, renewal date, and invoice history in Settings > Billing. Admin only.

Every charge on your Wave subscription shows up in your invoice history, alongside your plan name and renewal date. Admin only.

Where to find it

  1. Open the account menu and choose Settings.
  2. Select the Billing tab.

The Billing tab shows:

  • Your plan name: the tier you are on today
  • Renewal date: when the next charge lands
  • Invoice history: your past invoices

Managing payment

For anything beyond viewing (changing your plan or payment details), click Manage plan to open the billing portal. See Change your plan.

Questions about a charge

If something on your invoice history looks wrong, or you need a refund, email hello@buildwithwave.com. Reach out to us before disputing through your card issuer; it is faster and cleaner to resolve directly.

Who can see this

Admins only. Members do not see the Billing tab. See User roles.
